Apparently you were not listening. I am saying that there should be changes to some of the rules. Abolishing the rules all together would not be a smart move. Rule #1 and #2 can stay as it is (although I would prefer Rule #2 to be extended to two weeks instead of one week so that it would balance out that "waiting a month before being able to ask again" part of the rule). I hope that "balancing part" of it did not confuse you but in case it did, let me explain it to you.

At the moment, the rules says that if you do not contribute something within a week, you will lose access to the hentai forum and will have to wait a month before they could ask for access again. Instead of having them wait a month just because they did not upload something in a week, why not have them wait a month if they did not upload anything for two weeks? See how it is now more balanced? Another thing you could do to balance it out is to make people wait two weeks if they did not upload something within a week. That way it seems more reasonable and balanced.

Rule #3: I guess that is fine although I do not see why people can just post on this thread asking if they want to join the hentai group or not. I guess you have you own reasons for this (most likely because of the fact that it makes it easier for you to see who wants to join the group or not. Either that or to prevent cluster in this thread.)

Rule #4: I think this rule is completely pointless. Why is it that you can download regular anime series without a post count but you required to get 25 posts just to join the hentai section? If this section requires 25 posts to join/download then the regular download section should also have a required post count of 25 but it does not so how is that fair? (Now I can see why the download section is a lot more active then the hentai section although since they are more regular series then hentai ones, the hentai section will never be as active however it could be MORE active as it is now if the rules were adjusted a bit.) It probably would not be by much but having "some" more contributors is better then having a "few" or "no" more contributors.

PS: I should probably mention that I am not mad at you or anything, I just so happen to find some of these rules kind of lame and thought I would post my thoughts and suggestions about them. When it comes down to it, you are the boss of this forum so really you can take what I have said or choose to ignore it and leave everything as it is.

The 25 post count I believe is a fairly new rule, and it was made BECAUSE there were low post count jackasses that ruined it for you all.

This "More active" hentai section had about 1000 posts in a short time from 2 people that posted these very crappy "mini-games" (20mb each about) in passworded links in the wrong section (with no password provided either).

For the most part I think our hentai section (or at least the games section) has quality content (and almost all english), rather than quantity.

I answered that first simply because I had the biggest disagreement with you all on that one.

the upload rule, it shouldn't take you more than a week to upload something. They didn't say you need to upload something every week (I haven't uploaded anything in a while simply because I haven't gotten anything new *err played/watched and confirmed it*. The one month rule I see as incentive to get your ass in line and upload something. (Though you do have to upload stuff or contribute somehow occasionally otherwise you get removed for inactivity, but I think that is more subjective.)

Now that said, I know how it can be a real pain to get 25 posts, simply because when I run into rules like that, I don't like to spam, and post useless posts, or even posts where I'm pretending to have an opinion and give it. Which does make the 25 posts a bit tough to get, but if anything, whenever you download a show and watch it, you can say thank you for the great upload!, then you watch 25 different shows or movies and you are set. (Uploaders like to be thanked just so you know).

There is one that could do what you just said if CW ever switches to it.
