The day Shōko returns, she is dragged by Karada to the beach with her brother and a couple of their friends since she used to know Karada's brother Hiro several years before.

After becoming irritated with Hiro for leaving her alone in the United States, she purposefully tells Karada that her ribbons are childish. This upsets her greatly because she doesn't like to be treated as a child. Later that same day, Karada is found by Shōko praying at a shrine, wishing to become older. Nisemonogatari

I enjoyed this much more than I had expected. Honestly, I thought it was nearly as good as Bakemonogatari, but I guess I rate the latter a bit higher, considering it was a fresh experience, whilst Nisemonogatari was simply a continuation. The anime's trademarks remained dialogue and art-style/animation, whilst the stories were somewhat lame, but I never really intended to watch it for its plot. I'd say the series' strongest suit is probably the characters. Not only do I find them very interesting, but they all exhibit unique traits and characteristics, and the way they interact with each-other is quite fascinating. My biggest surprise was Shinobu, which simply became my favorite character. I did like her mysterious, silent charm in Bakemonogatari, but her personality took an outstanding twist when she started speaking. It makes me even more excited about Kizumonogatari. Also, I wasn't really bothered by all the echi scenes. They kinda fit naturally within the mood laid out by the anime, and were actually funny. All in all, I'd give this an 8/10.

Just finished watching Berserk.

A wonderful classic.
The animation is quite good for a 90's anime. I advise people not to let this repel you.
Music is quite enjoyable and is apt for every scene.
All the characters are lovely, likeable and each are given rather equal importance.
The plot is simply epic, but the most shocking of all is the cliffhanger ending.
I simply can't take it. It really makes you hungry for more. You will be forced to read the manga.
The anime is adapted from Volumes 4-13 of the manga story arc called "The Golden Arc".
I really want to give it a full rating of 10 but not after i feel cheated.
The Movie versions of Berserk has given me some hope, it seems the movies will cover all chapters and 3 movies have already been announced to release this year, while the 1st one released in japan this feb, it will release internationally this month.
The 3rd movies plot will go past the anime ending...Hurray!!!
But the sad news is it will take some more time before it finishes. More waiting for the dubbed version as well.
Definitely not for kids and the faint of heart. (Contains rape, molestation, slashing.)

8/10

And my opinion about that is totally different. The only good thing there was animation. And Shinobu... I liked her back then, but in "Nisemonogatari" she just become one of the many. Echi scenes... Bad, very bad. Not suitable for "Bakemonogatari" franchise. Some are good, but too many isn't. And in "N' there were simply too much. Well, that's how I see it.

One of the many? She stood out and took the show to a whole other level.

Will disagree. IN MY OPINION making her talk and giving more ... screen time (let it be this way) just diminished that mystical presents of hers. In "Bakemonogatari" she was silent, mysterious vampire (the type I like), in "Nisemonogatari" she become blabbermouth. I liked her then, I dislike her now. That's how I think.

Anyway:

"Inu x Boku SS". HDTVRip in 1280x720, subed by EveTaku. Finished it yesterday. So what can I say: not bad, rather good. There were bunch of skipping moments, but overall I enjoyed it till the last minute. Animation was good (10/10), story as well (8/10), characters so so (7/10). There were couple of annoying ones like Kagerou (couldn't stand him) and Zange (sometimes irritated me as well). The other minus goes for Miketsukami. His devotion to Ririchiyo didn't seem very real. Well, he wasn't bad, but affection toward his master were a little bit too much. Though the ending was very good. The way I like it.

P.S. Writing this decided to check up "Wikipedia" for names (my memory is bad remembering names) and what I read there saddened me. Well, not like I read manga, but it still s**** to know how story developed further.
Spoiler:
Most of them died, then reincarnated. What a hell! Couldn't they live happily? Though, if it is true, at least it seems that in their "other lives" they seem come together anyway. So maybe it isn't so bad, but still...

Well, that's down to your own, personal preference, then. But just because she suddenly became the talkative type doesn't actually make her a less interesting character. On the contrary, like I said, her personality twist made me fall in love with her. And that's probably her natural disposition, which we'll get more acquainted with once Kizumonogatari is released.

Watched D.N.Angel some days back...

A Shoujo Anime, if your young or at least young at heart and love Action, Comedy, Magic, Romance this anime is for you.
The story is about a teenage boy who turns into the legendary Phantom Thief whenever he thinks of a girl he is deeply in love and steals art works.
I don't usually go for romance anime but this one was quite interesting without having any of those ecchi, hentai like situations.
The characters are all lovely, but i kinda hated Satoshi Hiwatari for his gay behavior.
The music is captivating and very well done.
Interesting piece of animation especially the top side angle of the city, train etc.
After watching some serious anime(like Berserk, GITS) D.N.Angel was quite a relief to my brain and heart.
This is no masterpiece but rather engaging & very entertaining.

7.5/10

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After watching D.N.Angel, i set my eyes on Deadman Wonderland..
Read some reviews and got lot of negative response, none the less i watched it without any kind of expectations and was really happy that i watched it.
The story was quite good and many say its a mash-up of Death Race and Elfen Lied which i believe is true only to a certain level.
Many manga fans were disappointed with it but if you haven't read the manga don't listen to anyone just watch it.. you'll like it as well.
But i do agree the way they ended was irritating because that's when it was really getting interesting and it should have had more episodes.
Characters like Shiro, Senji are the one who keep you on your toes. I loved them.
The main protagonist Ganta however is a little bit annoying. I believe that's how his character is supposed to be at the beginning.
Alias based on birds name like Crow, Woodpecker, Hummingbird are very interesting.
The animation was amazing and beautiful.
Music is incredible and the OP song by fade is really catchy, i loved it.
The OVA focused on Senji's past, it was good to know more about Senji.
If only Manglobe would had done it better without rushing things up, this one had and has potential to become one of the best.
Too bad the possibility of a second season is almost zero considering the bad sales of the anime.

8/10

Two days absence of any anime... :fire:

Before this "empty" period I spent one hour watching "Fireball" (DVDRip, subed by DATS) and "Fireball Charming" (HDTVRip subed by gg). Some random short show. Not bad. Animation was truly good. Main plus goes for that (all that computer generated stuff looked really cool). Would like to see that in 1920x1080. But oh well... Main minus goes for series being too short. They could have easily made 25 minutes OVAs, rather then putting everything in two minutes series. It was just... too quick. Secondary minus goes for "quick talk". Man, I'm slow reader and reading subs in these series was hell of a job. Characters were talking way too fast (and of course subs were shown accordingly). Despite that I can rate these series for 7/10. There were many funny moments.

It depends on what good anime was leftover to deal with & fining the fav. ones i mean to say!!.Recently watched hentai for a little while when i can't find a anime to watch but for some reason didn't count it on my finished animelist.I dont add it as a anime that far.Only a anime viewer rather than a hentai lover!!!
