So this week, Mayuri confirms the VR are Quincies, Yamamoto declares all Captains prep for war, the Tres Beastia are beaten, & Ichigo's gonna fight again. Unless Urahara steps in & starts to fight that 4-eyed captain, or something.

I don't know if it's because it's been so long since we've seen her, but does anyone else get the feeling that Nel is sort of... strange, this time around?
Yama seems pretty pissed and was ready to go attack the VR right away - certainly shows the extent to which things got to him.
@Nat: How so? I'd imagine her being alittle peppy with everything going on and that Tiki mask guy being abducted. But she seems kinda the same to me. But for my random thoughts. It seems like Uryu may get some serious backlash from all this mess with these guys and it looks like things will get heavy in the next few chapters.
And did anyone notice Yama sorta resembled OP's Whitebeard (around his final moments) with his depressed face?
Eh, now that I think about it, it's probably because of a different translator on the site I've used. I've used the same site for a long time now, but it's possible there was a switch there.
Decent chapter, Nel being Nel, Yamamoto being absolutely pissed, and confirmation that the vandenreich are without a doubt quincies. I thought Halibel's groupies would last a bit longer, but oh well. Guess four-eyes nazi is tougher than he looks, but I don't think he'll have the upper hand with both Ichigo AND Urahara present.

Why do I think Urahara might pull a dick move on them? Like capturing them or something. ONLY because it's alittle weird he went to HM with them and contuning from what Ginjo mentioned.

Technically there's only a few Quincy in the so callled Vandenreich that we know of, the group that went into Sereitei were shown to be Arrancar hybrids or at least two of them were once there masks were removed.
For all we know there could be very few Quincy left using an army of hybrid Arrancar.

So Ichigo's some "Special War Potential", & the VandenReich are going to march off to SS now. Why did Mayuri have those souls killed? What imbalance or disturbance was there in the spirit force? Oh wait, never mind. Does everyone practically have a profile on Ichigo & know what he can do? Y'know what, forget let, Let's just see [bleep] go down.

Yes, let's But to remind anyone who forgot, the imbalance was something explained by Rukia before the SS arc. Because the Quincies can only completely erase hollows with their power, the massive loss in the number of souls from all the ones they've killed had tipped the balance of the living world and the afterlife, and essentially meant the end of life itself, had it kept going. Apocalyptic scenario type of stuff.
Apparently not all the Quincies were wiped out a thousand years ago, as they had previously suggested by stating Uryu and his dad were the last. A few more probably managed to hide, and just rebuilt their ranks over the years, considering the number of troops they possibly have at their disposal now; at their headquarters, the operator mentioned "hunting party 1", which indicated to me that there are obviously more groups of Quincies rounding up arrancars, not to mention the "Shternritter", who must be the equivalent of this arc's Espada. Seems the guy leading the Vandenreich is someone Yamamoto FAILED to kill, so......I'm curious now, needless to say, what will happen when they face each other again...
Edit: This is....strange, but the chapter is readable on Mangastream. Perhaps the Viz media thing was resolved? Because there's no J-preview this week, just the actual chapters.
