Welcome to the "Banner of the Fortnight" competition!
Here's the idea:

This will work much like the sig of the week competition, but instead of making sigs, you'll be making C-W banners.
The best banner will replace one of the current banners.
You'll be given a week to submit your banners, after which we will have a poll on which of the new banners to use and which of the current banners it will replace.
This poll will last for another week.
As such, one round in this competition will last for two weeks (hence banner of the fortnight).
Once the poll ends, I'll replace the old banner with the most votes with the new banner with the most votes, and we'll start over.
In each poll the newest of the current banners will be "sacred", meaning that you won't be able to vote for that banner to go.
Therefore, if your banner wins, it'll be used as a C-W banner for at least four weeks.

Requirements
All banners entering the competition must meet these requirements:
Banners must contain the text "Cartoon-World" and "your #1 source for toons"
The size of the banners must be 800 px by 200 px

When you submit your banner, please state who is in it and what anime they are from. This will make it easier to name the banners in the polls.

If you want, you may choose to "sign" your banner, so people will know you made it.
If you choose to do it, please keep in mind that it is not a sig, so your name should steal as little of the focus as possible.

Rules
1st rule is that only anime or cartoon banners are allowed. That means no video game or live action banners will be allowed.
