how do i log out or cancel my account can somebody help me?

A government dog, sorry for the use of that name but this whole situation feels familiar but I will give it the benefit of the doubt.

I will explain to you all you need to know as soon as I get home, right now I am using my phone and unfortunately I do not have the texting skills of my generation.
