When it comes to anything related to Christmas, do you find it making you feel more happy or depressed? Not asking if you celebrate it or not but does it have a more positive or negative effect on your emotions.

It gets more depressing the older i get. I hardly get anything anymore. When i was little i use to wish it was Christmas every day.

Same here, the only this I get is socks & underwear. I find it really depressing because I end up spending all my money on my mom, nieces & nephews. Almost all of my adult family are nothing but jerks & idiots so the happy family gathering is out of the question
Dose anyone else notice how it seems the older you get the faster xmas comes. It almost seems like it's twice a year, lol.

Nope never notice how fast xmas cums. I wouldn't mind giving my family presents but they don't want anything but money. I find it werid that my parents hardly spend any money on them selfs. I know were tight on cash but if u get money on the holidays spend just a little on yourself.

My family is the opposite they want you to go out & buy gifts. Most of them tell me exactly what to buy, but I prefer it that way because I hate shopping, lol.

I hate xmas and know i have to endure it each year. Sure when you are a kid it seems good and all knowing you will get presents and a holaday.
It is the commercialism that has made me detest it with it constantly cramed down your throat. I am not the most jolly type and do not like to display much emotion so when that time of year comes then YUCK!!! Allso i do not have family nearby but my dad is local and my mum i am angry with because of her loser arsehole boyfriend never fucking off for long. So while he is around then there is no fucking chance of me getting her any gifts.

It's werid but i always get something for my friend on xmas. Guess it can't be that werid because it's kind of like we're brothers.
