Judging from the name of it, you pretty much cant do anything with it at all. You probably don't even have the aero theme. You don't have to go all out with ultimate really, i got Home Premium 64-bit and it its great. Perhaps you should look into Home Basic

Yea no point in 64 bit with anything less than 4gigs ram. I still kinda prefer XP for proformance but it has grown on me. My main pc skilled the Vista crap. I had it only a few lappys and the living room pc and i hate it. So when 7 came out after i tweeted it and some other stuff i got it lookin good and running just fine. I just got the pro, i looked in to gettin unlimitle but theres a few extra features on it which isnt all that needed for me.

I like Windows 7. The layout is better and less errors occur, so it's better than Vista in that way.

I just got Windows 7 installed recentally and it's beyond awesome in my opinion. I mean i sooo love how ya can adjust the transparency of things, the alternative BG rocks but wish there was some other themes to get instead of the ones ya see online when ya go to search for them, yeah i know ya can customize that.
I love the gadgets tho, really cool and i also love when ya hover over the tab ya can see if a video is playing,
What i had XP and i didn't have anything like Vista or W7 on my laptop, i don't think i'd be reverting back ne time soon lol

It's ok, dunno if I'd go so far to say it's better than xp though.

the only thing i dislike about windows 7 is that i cannot change my startup sound. im the type of person who likes a costume startup sound. but i love windows 7 i will never switch back to xp.
