Just a quick note, you can loose a fair amount of weight by going for long walks, it just takes longer. As is from my dad's experience (Not mine, currently underweight).

yea no name is right walking doesn't do shit for you, my mom walks every single day and she looks the same, if you really wanna change your body appearance you have to tone up by lifting weights or exercising on a regular basis. I know what im talking about when it comes to exercising, i lift/workout 3-4 times a week and on top of that you need to have a good diet plan, especially if your trying to put some muscle on, but ya walking doesn't do shit for you
