Recuva (File recovery)
Restoration (File recovery)
EASEUS (Data Recovery)
R-Studio (Data Recovery)
GetDataBack (Data Recovery)
Stellar Phoenix (Data Recovery)
ERD Commander (Data Recovery)
PhotoRec (Image recovery)

If the situation is not so bad and files been deleted recently, then try using Recuva first.
If the files are very old there's a chance of them being corrupted due to being overwritten, in this case try different Recovery software's, still doesn't work then its all but lost.
Remember the sooner you try to recover files, the better.
Do not write anything to the drive now.
And obviously don't try and recover to the same drive.

Yes, it called removing your "delete" button. LOL. But seriously, how about just do a system restore to the day prior. Brings all your files back and eliminates any virus that deleted them. No programs to download or install.
