I woke up, and I downloaded a bunch of stuff the night before, and wanted to move it onto an external HDD, cause I was running out of room. But when I put all my external HDD's into the computer, they don't show up. Now I'm at only 12 GB's left on my computer, so I deleted a bunch of things to create room, but I can't open up my recycle bin OR empty it. I have no idea what to do. Most of everything on the computer is unresponsive and goes very slow. Also I noticed when I delete something, or do anything, I have to click refresh in order to see the change, and I can't play any music or videos. All I can really do is just go on the internet.

Does anyone know what I can do?
